Reporting directly to the VP, Global CIO of Brunswick, the VP of Enterprise Functions has accountability for Strategy and Investment Planning, Demand Management (including IT PMO), Vendor Management, and IT Business Alignment for all Enterprise Functions, including HR, Legal, Finance, Enterprise Marketing, and Indirect Procurement. This role is essential for ensuring strong, frictionless IT customer engagement for the broader organization, as the Office of the CIO acts as the process owner for much of our project and product demand management processes. In addition to accountabilities above, this role has global responsibility for:
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Engage with stakeholders to ensure IT & functional roadmaps are aligned to business priorities Prioritize and manage portfolio of IT initiatives in support of business goals Ensure strong execution and delivery of key initiatives by leading team of 20
IT professionals and effectively engaging with the broader IT shared services organization & outsourced professional services. Drive Enterprise IT Strategy Refresh and Investment Planning closed loop processes Mature, drive adoption, and oversee IT demand management framework and processes for a Bimodal delivery organization Own framework and governance for Vendor Management Office and License / Entitlement Compliance. Strategic collaborator engaging with business leaders to shape plans, maximize technology investments and drive positive business outcomes Visionary with business strong acumen inspiring others through clearly articulating a winning future state and realistic steps to get there Bold change agent with strong communication skills and ability to influence by effectively simplifying complex concepts, illustrating value, and aligning resources for win-win outcomes Strong accountable leader driving execution of process maturation & complex initiatives to value realization using project management frameworks, coaching, and influencing in a matrix environment, with a passion for delivering with excellence. Experiences & Qualifications Desired:
Strategic planning and bringing strategy to life PMO Governance and Portfolio Management Organizational design and planning Enterprise-wide executive collaboration and communication Planning, Delivery and Change Management in matrix organization Risk Management Frameworks Vendor Performance Management Financial Planning and Management Bachelor's Degree in IT, or other relevant business discipline Master's degree in Information Services or Business Administration is a plus Minimum of 5 - 7 years of people leadership and management experience Additional Detail:
