8K a year What to Expect The Role Tesla seeks a talented Supply Chain Specialist for the Supercharger team to support the Midwest region.
The Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating supply chain operation (from acquisition to distribution) by coordinating the distribution of goods through personnel and processes.
The ideal logistics coordinator will be adept at communication, negotiation, organization, customer service skills and someone who can execute autonomously.
This role requires flexibility and adaptability to the evolving needs of Tesla's programs, projects, and organization.
What You'll Do Oversee material logistics and storage organization Manage contractor and supplier onboarding and coordination Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
Respond to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy Coordinate and/or negotiating special shipping arrangements as necessary Track and fix shipping errors Preparing bills and invoices Managing distribution and shipment budgets Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized Prepare accurate reports for upper management Serve as a communication liaison with external project stakeholders Ensure accuracy and consistency across tools, databases, and reports Utilize resources to prepare distributions and reports Special duties and projects as assigned or necessary What You'll Bring Proven experience in supply chain/logistics Proven capability of working in a fast paced and always changing environment Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving mentality Understanding of and experience working with regulatory entities (federal, state, and local) is highly valued.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
