The ideal candidate will have a professional appearance, a friendly tone, and having experience in oral surgery field, Knowledge of dental terminology, knowledge of billing dental/medical claims and experience with Windent software a plus.
Spanish speaking is a plus Some responsibilities include:
Greeting and maintaining positive rapport with patients Checking in patients Answering the phone Scheduling appointments Confirming appointments Verifying insurance Presenting treatment plans Billing insurance and following up on claims Taking patient payments Pull charts Weekly chart reviews Retrieving x-rays and referrals from referring doctors Checking / sending emails Filing And other necessary tasks as they come up Job Type:
