Seeking extensive experience underwriting commercial property lines and providing leadership for teams involved in projects for commercial property, public entities, construction projects, and similar.
Identify, evaluate, price, quote and approve or decline new business and renewal submissions.
Ensure adherence to established goals and objectives for profitability and growth.
Supervise staff underwriters in evaluation, pricing, and decision making activities for new and renewal business.
Requires 10
years applicable experience underwriting Commercial Property lines and leadership abilities with proven success in commercial property activities.
Leadership role in a industry leader. Compensation to $130,000 with annual bonus and full, company paid benefits for medical, dental and vision coverage. Advancement and growth opportunities in this role. Generous PTO offerings and vacation packages, paid holidays.
